Therapy

 

Therapy can be a place to say things aloud that you have never said before and to think about and reflect on yourself, your relationships, intimacy and sexuality. This can be a chance to go deeper with ideas that keep you stuck so you can release them and show up more fully in your own life; helping you find clarity, relief, insight. The decision to go to therapy invites in new possibilities. Through this process you will be able to increase the alignment between the life you live and a life you want. We will work together to think through life's challenges, illuminate personal and familial patterns, and learn new skills for dealing with difficulties.
